Rooting is a process of allowing users of smartphones, tablets, and other devices running the Android mobile operating system to attain privileged control over various Android subsystems. Rooting your phone can give you additional control and access to system files and settings that are not typically available to regular users.

However, rooting a phone can also void the manufacturer's warranty and potentially cause software issues if not done correctly. If your phone is saying that it's rooting and you are not performing this action yourself, it's possible that someone else with physical access to your device is attempting to root it without your permission. Alternatively, it's also possible that your phone has a software glitch or has been infected with malware that is attempting to root the device without your knowledge.

In any case, if you are not intentionally rooting your phone, it's recommended that you take immediate steps to ensure the security of your device, such as running an antivirus scan, checking for any suspicious apps or files, and possibly resetting your device to factory settings.
