The company I do IT for is trying to unenroll a few company Samsung phones out of Knox Manage and Knox Mobile Enrollment. This requires the phone to go through a full factory reset. There are a few photos, calendars, contacts, and files on these devices that the users will want to save to have transferred over. What would be the best way of backing up the data on these phones so the data will be available once the resetted device comes back online.
