Play Store app not loading and referring to my Gmail account

My Play Store keep saying.I have to go to my Gmail account.And it will not work so how can I get it to work?Cause?I forgot my password.Emma email address

@rere1 You would need to contact Google about resetting your account password.

No you don't you can just go into the account and security and tap change password i did it many times
