Routines off by 1 hour due to daylight savings time

It has been years and smarthings developers still cant figure out daylight saving time?

 
Come on folks. Every year i have to modify all my routines because everything is off by an hour. Is there really no way to account for dst?

I have about 20 routines that I constantly use and at least half of them are specific time based. I've never noticed a problem with any of them. When I have something to switch on at 8:00 a.m., it doesn't know if it's 8:00 a.m. daylight savings time or standard time. It's just 8:00 a.m. as far as the routine is concerned. Could you explain more so maybe I can understand what your problem is?
