Is anyone having issues with the Elite app? Been having issues like 4days ago? Around 21st/22nd of this month

Very!!! It's had a few snags in the past, but this takes the cake! Even the website listed under app support is down. I also sent an email with no response.

My Samsung elite app white screens when I try and log in and will not load anymore. I cannot sign in but Iā€™d like to use it for work so that I can learn about new devices coming out. 

Iā€™ve already tried to uninstall and reinstall but nothing and itā€™s been like this for months. I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max that is on AT&T but I work for T-Mobile. If anyone has ideas I would greatly appreciate it!
