Hello, thanks for reaching out about this, and I am sorry to hear your apps from the Galaxy Store are not updating or showing up. The best way to try and tackle this is to troubleshoot the app(s) involved, mainly the Galaxy Store. First, have you tried force stopping the Galaxy Store, rebooting the device, then trying again to see the apps or updating them? You can also clear the app's cache and data using this guide: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00077611/#:~:text=Open%20Settings%2C%20and%20then%20swi....

If the above troubleshooting is ineffective, it may be time to try a factory reset. Back up everything your wish to not lose, and follow this guide carefully to give your device a fresh start: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/

Lastly, you can submit an error report via Samsung Members: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-send-an-error-report/

If you're seeking help from the community here, please provide clearer information. Be sure to mention what phone or device you are using, what OS or OneUI version you have, and what app or apps you're asking about including what behavior is causing issues.
