App keeps freezing upon launch, and is making all apps connected to Samsung internet freeze as well (ie: opening a link in an email freezes as well)
I've cleared the cache and restarted phone to no avail.
Any help appreciated!

Okay try cleaning the catch on your phone power phone off -hold volume up and power at the same time hit clean cache make sure you do twice then click on repair apps you phone then will restart
