Samsung Pay is garbage! Why are you guys following Google? Samsung Pay could be so much better if you guys just put forth a little bit of effort.
If you're gonna follow another company, follow Apple. Apple Pay is straight forward and accepted in way more places than Samsung Pay and their wallet app blows Samsung Wallet out the water.
User's should easily be able to send money to friends and family in their contacts. Apple Pay let's you do that. And both Google and Apple have twice as many if not more states that allow you to upload a digital ID.
You can't even transfer money between your Sofi account and your Samsung Money Card without having to log into the Sofi website. You should be able to move money back and forth between your accounts right in the app.
Lastly, rewards. Have you ever tried to redeem cash back rewards? It doesn't work. The number listed for customer service is a number for a teller marketer selling hearing aids.(NOTSAMSUNG PAY CUSTOMER SERVICE)Come on Samsung you can do way better than this. No wonder people don't use Samsung Pay and use Google Pay instead.
