Samsung Shop is very slow and does not open

Desde hace unos días he notado que la aplicación Samsung Shop no abre en mi teléfono o tarda mucho en hacerlo, si por favor saben algo o les ha pasado me gustaría recibir ayuda. Gracias

Please, submit an error report directly to Samsung.

Right after the issue appears, please submit an Error Report. Samsung Members app->Get Help->Feedback->Error Reports
