Samsung Apps and ServicesI used smart switch app for a long time to update my galaxy device. But when I attach my phone with usb cable. That app might crash. I can not update my device for this reason. why Samsung did not fix that bug's. This is so problematic.

Samsung Apps and ServicesThank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand our frustration with Smart Switch crashing when attaching your phone via USB. If Smart Switch suddenly closes or stops responding on your computer, it may not meet the minimum system requirements, or your computer may need to be updated. It's also possible that there is some other kind of error occurring. Give this link a try to verify the compatibility of your devices with the Samsung Smart switch program and some troubleshooting steps to resolve your app from crashing: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001213/
Please know if you are unable to get your device to update via the device or smart switch, the next step I would recommend is a software re-flash. Please know that a software re-flash may not be available for all devices.
