Samsung Apps and ServicesThis morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

Samsung Apps and ServicesJust spoke with Tech Support and they said there is an update being performed to the app. It is expected to take 24-48 hours to complete and their engineers are working on it as we speak.

Samsung Apps and ServicesThanks for the update, Astronaut. What a pain! Thought it had been deleted from my tv. Went through all the resets, software updates, etc. Would have been nice if Samsung would have informed people of this update.

Samsung Apps and ServicesSame here. Brand new TV, turned on 3 times. Samsung TV Plus was there and now the systems is saying its been deleted. And it won't let me reinstall the app. I tried all the Samsung suggestions as far as resetting the TV, tested the internet connection, clear my cache, and nothing worked. Called Customer Service, 3+ hour wait!

No Samsung TV plus on my TV after a factory reset that was suggested to fix another issue by a Samsung Rep, which it didn't fix of course...This company is really just neglecting patrons left and right it seems like to often. Which is sad because they did quite well in their earlier years.
Their moderators give generic answers that seem entirely scripted and seem to be lacking technological literacy on a basic level in many instances, then they direct you to a 1-800 number so you can re-explain your issue to probably two, three, or four people before either not having it handled at all or possibly finally getting it fixed if you're lucky.
I set up a call back yesterday for somebody to call and help me with the tv through a Samsung representative and never received the call on my Samsung phone. Fixing to become a NO Samsung kind of house if they keep up the blatant laziness in their engineering products, services, and moderating/helping/wasting people's hard earned money & time this way.

Samsung Apps and ServicesI got the same thing this morning on my samsung tv. Apps are gone off my bar and samsung tv is gone and it wont let me install it. Bad customer service.
