Samsung Apps and ServicesThis morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

Samsung Apps and ServicesSame here! Turned on the TV and it was there and then disappeared and told me to check my source which is now defaulting to TV and telling me to check my antenna. 🥴

Scrambled Channel or Weak Signal
I hope they fix it soon. I miss Drew Barrymore lol

Samsung Apps and ServicesSame here! A few of my other apps also disappeared: Youtube TV, Max, Vudu, Apple TV+…this is a huge screw up from Samsung and on top of it…no public announcement yet!!

Samsung Apps and ServicesSame issue here..... Why in the heck, if you are going to update the app, do you take the current app down, for an extended period, when we could still have watched it. This update could of been a forced update, when it was ready. No common sense and bad PR.

Samsung Apps and ServicesUpdating the app…humm sounds like a good reason while our Samsung TV Plus App is gone from our living room tv. However, our bedroom TV still has it. Go figure.

Samsung Apps and ServicesWent shopping at 8:30am, left TV on for my dogs, came home at 11:30am, no TV, all other apps working, ruined the whole day trying to figure it out, then my DIL found this!! 😡

Samsung Apps and ServicesSame here. I am waiting for Samsung to call me back. Their waiting time is over two hours. They said it would be quicker if I went over to text and I’ve been waiting for over two hours for someone to text me back.
