Samsung TV Plus disappeared.

This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

I too tried the same ; typed in Samsung TV plus , reset my tv to factory and checked the software update . Still no app.

They didn’t give me a number, but they told me it would be over two hours. 
that was at 11 o’clock this morning. It’s now 1:19 PM.

Wouldn't you think they'd post something on here about this? I guess they don't actually care about their customers anymore. Just let them waste their time and energy.
