Samsung TV Plus disappeared.

This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

I thought it's just me. Iy must be samsung net or maybe we need refund. I purchased my tv 3 months ago.

This literally happened this morning to me as well. I have yet to find a fix for it. Been looking for the past 4 hours.

Same thing here. Did everything you did too. At one point, there was something that said Smart Hub was being updated and to try again later.

Same thing happened to me this morning. No access to Samsung TV Plus. It says the TV needs to be setup

I had the same problem last night turned on the TV this morning and it was gone just the TV input came up to scan TV channels

I am having the same problem. It was there when I turned on my TV this morning, then as soon as I turned the channel, it turned to live TV (air signal) which I don't even have set up. Can't find the app anywhere on my TV. I have the "Free Movies on Samsung TV Plus" menu above my Smart Hub, but when I click on one, it tells me TV Plus has been deleted and I need to install. I keep trying but nothing is happening.

Mine has done the same. I haven't found a place either to re-install it. How does it just delete itself?
