Samsung Apps and ServicesThis morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

What is the latest version of firmware? My TV has version 334 and says that I’m up to date. And my TV says that the Samsung TV Plus has been uninstalled, but when I try to install it nothing happens. Is this the same issue that the other commenters are referring to and that your engineers are working on?

Samsung Apps and ServicesI even tried to reset the channels and it says there are no channels available! This is how I watch my TV with the Samsung TV but it is gone. Makes me so sad! You can't even search Samsung TV

Samsung Apps and ServicesMine is missing too. Apparently somehow settings are changed to cable, and it says antenna/cable not connected. We don’t have cable, and this tv has never been connected to cable. Weird.

Samsung Apps and ServicesMine said it was deleted and I tried clicking on any movie to watch on it but when I tried to reinstall it from the movie menu options, that's when it said it was deleted and it wouldn't let me re-install it. It doesn't appear on app search either.
