Samsung TV Plus disappeared.

This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

Same issue here around 3pm est the app just disappeared while the tv was on. The screen went to the TV No Signal screen and the banner on the tv popped up, but the app was missing. Tried reinstall 3 or 4 times and each time it makes the Samsung tune and pops up the app selection banner without installing the Samsung TV Plus app. My phone appears to be running it fine. This is the first time I don't believe we have had anything like this happen with the app since it came out and we have owned Samsung devices since before TV plus. Anytime it has gone out before it was due to a internet connection on our end, certainly doesn't appear to be the case today. Hopefully they will fix the bug soon.

Hi everyone my son came to visit and hit the game icon on one of our Samsung tv.
Now none are displaying live Samsung tv plus.
What a bummer.
Does anyone know what is going on.

Down since early this morning in KC and still down. No resolution. $1000's in Samsung products in my household. So frustrating, to say the least!
