This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You
Samsung customer support is saying it's an upgrade to the app. Hmm, I'm not buying it! Something catastrophic has occurred, and they are not being transparent about it! Server failed, systems were hacked? Idk, but it's definitely not a software update problem. 😕

I haven’t heard of any update. I also haven’t heard what actually happened. Is Samsung updating their app? Or is it a huge money drain so they are getting rid of it? The only thing I’ve seen is to get the Pluto app on my TV and it has everything Samsung TV has. It’s free too and works in basically the same way Samsung does
