Samsung TV Plus disappeared.

This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

**bleep**... I wasted hours doing all the same things as you.  Only I also got to the secret tech / engineer diagnostic menu and made sure smart TV was enabled also and factory reset from there too before I gave up and was going to call or open a case on the support site.  THEN I checked the forums and found it was a known issue and not just me.   The problem was, I figured there would be something on google and it hadn't been a problem long enough yet to show up from bot crawls of web sites.

I get the same message that my connection needs an antenna. It says that it cannot connect to Samsung Tv.

Exact same thing happened with mine!!! I too did all of the resets and have all the same messages and issues.
