Samsung TV Plus disappeared.

This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

I would recommend everybody unplug their TV.  Disconnect all the cables, let it sit for 30 minutes, then reinstall the cables, and power it back up.

My tv list Tv Plus app and gained Tik Tok without me downloading it. My Frame TV is 3 years old and has never had this app on it and now it won't allow me to delete or uninstall it at all. I also had to add 10 or so apps back to my home screen because they were dropped off of it, but Samsung TV Plus is the only one that is totally gone.

At first, I blamed the kids, then tried the downstairs' tv, same issue. That's when I came to internet.

I called samsung cs, they dont have an estimate when it will be fixed. Nor do they have a reason why it was abruptly shut down. Its not maintainence, I think its communist china hackers, or iranian terrorists hacked into the system, and are demanding ransom to unlock the virus. Samsung wont confirm or deny that.

China, I’ve read tick tok is mysteriously appearing on people’s tvs that lost the Samsung app.

My samsung pluss tv channels have disappeared on both my tv's! Turned on tv this morning and gone. What the he ll? Need fixing look in the settings apps. Could not fix it f

Wow, I'm glad I just found this post. I thought it was just me. I had been going crazy trying to figure out what happened to the Samsung TV Plus app. I even went on youtube to learn how to get it back, to no avail. Thought maybe they discontinued it and never notified anyone.  Glad I'm not alone in this.

Same! I factory reset my TV thinking it would come back and was looking for the restore functionbut nothing 😒 after waiting 4 hours for Samsung to call me back, the rep said it was a known issue everywhere. It was so weird for it to just disappear like that though. Hope they resolve it very soon and wish Samsung members could receive some promotion for this inconvenience.
