Samsung Apps and ServicesThis morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

Samsung Apps and ServicesSamsung! This isn't good. You guys should have pushed some kind of warning. One of the most beneficial apps on your tvs. Love it but yard gotta fix this ASAP. Thank you and appreciate your services.

Samsung Apps and ServicesSamsung customer service says they are aware of this issue and says they are “working” on it and that agents do NOT have info to help resolve this issue; just spoke with customer service they are “upgrading” Samsung Plus to give “us” a better viewing experience I asked why there was not an alert on our TVs letting us know this is what was going on, “radio silence, birds chirping” response. Would have saved me 2 hours trying to “fix” the issue. The app will automatically reinstall once they are finished with the “upgrade” hope this helps folks

Samsung Apps and ServicesI am having the same issue, was watching a movie today and the channel went to a local channel on air. The app is gone and I cannot find the app to reinstall it. The button on the remote says the app is not available. I have checked the firmware and it is up to date.
