Samsung TV Plus disappeared.

This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

The Samsung TV app is gone! I also can’t update firmware. When I click on Software update, it just says ‘this function isn’t available.’

Same here; searched for the Samsung TV Plus in the Apps list and no where to be found! Odd that one of our Samsung TV's (couple years older then main one) still has it and it is working fine there.

This is one of the main reasons I only buy Samsung TVs

When I try to go on TV plus it says it has been deleted from my TV and I need to re-install

I wish this would get fixed sooner than later! I'm in NC and still have no TV plus channels and the button shows not available.

Please add another customer who’s experiencing the same thing, on both Samsung Smart TV’s. Please try and solve soon, this is really inconvenient. Good ole technology…

I want my Samsung TV Plus back!!!!  Outside of resetting, turning it on and off, praying to the TV gods…nothing is working! Gone…it flickered, turned on and off then all was gone. Samsung **bleep**???
