Samsung TV Plus disappeared.

This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

I got my Samsung TV Plus icon back but still no channels.

Wait a couple of minutes and the channels will come up. It happened to me. One of my TVs got them back about 8 minutes before the other tv

My TV Plus is back and working. Outage is over for me.

I got home and my Samsung plus TV app was gone and had not returned to my TV.

• Turn off your TV
• Unplug it
• Plug it back in
• Turn it on

The above is what just worked for me. Good luck. If they've ever wondered if folks dig the service...they've got at least 231 pages worth of data to prove that people do dig it!

Update:

It looks like info is still loading. It shows some tv plus channels as favorites with the check. However those checkmarked channels do not show up when my guide is filtered to favorites.

Yay 😀.....I'm back up.  I can now switch through the channels and watch TV.  Thank you Samsung.
