Samsung TV Plus disappeared.

This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

It's not a solution, they said they were investigating. They have to mark it as a solution so it don't get buried by all these "I'm having the isssue too" messages. y'all all need to READ they were just being nice enough to try to give a work around they didn't have to do that. Thank you to the mods for going above and beyond instead of just giving a scripted response. Much better than you would have gotten after waiting 4 hrs of the phone for a rep. That's all I'm going to say. 

Y'all need to be nicer with any inquiries and issues you're posting about. Every thread on this forum always turns into people bashing samsung and talking junk and that you going to do this or that if this don't happen. 

 As a wise person once said, if you're not part of the solution you're part of the problem.

DO BETTER, this community could be so much greater, there's actually some amazing people here that are willing to help if you all just give them the chance, but just commenting me too 1,000 times is not helping anything or anyone.

Woke up and Samsung plus is back on our tvs, finally!  Samsung do not do this again!

We have 2 Samsung TVs and both lost it at the same time. How soon will it be fixed?

No app on our tv’s either. No app listed to download, no way to re-install. Samsung Tv Plus is just gone!

Thank you.  I have a standard remote and it displays nothing.  I can't access the Samsung TV Plus at all.  I can see that there are movies that I can watch on Samsung TV Plus guide bar and it gives me the option to install it back cuz it tells me that Samsung TV Plus was deleted. When I press the option to begin the process of trying to install it the screen goes white and then jerks back to my basic channels. Since I am connected to a TV antenna I only see my basic channels.
