Samsung TV Plus disappeared.

This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

i  hope these posts are  Dec 20, 2023. If they are , I would say  don’t waste 3 hours  trying to fix it like I did.  Even went to factory reset, which is a pain with passwords and answering a lot of questions.

Wait the 24-48 hours to see if they fix it. Otherwise you’ll be talking to yourself.

Mine was working this morning but is now gone as well. When I try to pull up a show, it says the app was deleted and asks me to reinstall, but when I hit the install button, nothing happens.

Same turned on tv and it played for one sec Held up was on then gone. I've been trying everything and still nothing.

Us too... tried everything on the TV. Currently looking into try the app on our phone.

This is a real bummer. Seems really bad customer service for it to just disappear.

We're long-time Samsung customers... tvs, phones, etc...
