Samsung Apps and ServicesThis morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

Samsung Apps and ServicesSame here. This is the only reason I purchased Samsung. I just purchased 2 tvs and now this feature doesn’t work.

Samsung Apps and ServicesWish I would've found this post sooner. We just got our TV a few days ago and have had a few issues that we've worked through. Found another post that suggested 'resetting smart hub' or something along those lines. Little did I know that would sign me out of Samsung and I'd lose ALL of the customizations I did to the home screen. GRRRR

Samsung Apps and Servicesmine is gone too. I have tried everything even reset the tv back to factory setting and it acted like it was going to load when I was on one of their channels, but went back to telling me it was deleted again.

Samsung Apps and ServicesI just spent the last 4 hours trying to troubleshoot and doing everything under the sun to no avail. I just found your post and what a relief to know I am not alone AND that Samsung has responded on the issue. At least we know it is not our own personal sets. 😒 Thanks for bringing this up
