Samsung Apps and ServicesThis morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

Samsung Apps and ServicesThank you so much! I though something was wrong with my TV. When I turn on my TV it immediately goes to Samsung Plus. I was getting a no connection message.
That explains the extremely long wait for customer service.

Samsung Apps and ServicesMy Samsung TV Plus app is gone and not on the list of apps. Have done a factory reset and new scan and still not there. How do I get it back?

Samsung Apps and ServicesIt's down for everyone, everywhere. Samsung pushed out a bad (or really poorly planned) TV update last night.
You can still get most of the channels on your phone app or through a web browser (www.samsungtvplus.com). I've been on-hold with customer service for 2 hours now hoping to get an estimate on when/if the service will be restored on TVs.

Samsung Apps and ServicesI have spent the last two hours following instructions to reset smart hub, resetting to factory settings twice and still not working. I also have broadcast greyed out and software update is showing as not available.
