This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You
When I do select a show that is in Samsung TV Plus it gives me a message saying the app was deleted with an option to install. When I select Install, it does not do anything.
Same Here, it just happened all on it's own. As i was watching it, I have rebooted several times, can't find the app under apps, and even searching apps it does not show up as an installable app.
However, there was a recomendation of a show on Samsung TV Plus, so I clicked it hoping app would come back, but instead it said you must install the app first to watch, I said go for it, but nothing installed and still no Samsung TV Plus.
