This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You
I have 3 Samsung TVs and 2 have lost Samsung Plus today. Tried a hard reset and it did not restore. Double checked the internet and reset it. Still no response. Sent a message to Samsung and have not heard back. That was over 2 hours ago
I've been **bleep**g out for the past 2 hrs, trying to figure out what happened to my Samsung Tv Plus! I literally watch videos every morning as I get ready for work and it's the first thing that comes on when I turn on my tv! I've been searching my TV for the app and looking through settings only to find out there was a disruption on there end! I hope this gets fixed quickly! I need my music videos!
Lost my TV app too. No notification. No help. Wasted time rebooting TV and router. Great customer service Samsung, definitely Not gonna recommend and won't buy another Samsung product
