This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You
My daughter tv just did an update and wiped out all of her apps she had installed as well as the Samsung tv app. Do we have any idea how to get the Samsung app back yet. She watches that one the most. All the other apps I was able to restore.
I'm so glad for this forum. I too thought it was my TV and called tech support. Wasn't till I got on here to find out it was Samsung. Thanks guys for all your input!
My 6 month old Samsung flatscreen TV came with Samsung + and it had all kinds of great channels that I watch regularly. At about 11 AM today it went out! I restarted the television and that didn't help so I rescanned the channels which also proved to be a useless exercise. It did however find all the antenna TV channels that I like to watch. What's going on with that?
i had the same issue, all of a sudden my Samsung TV plus app was not available on my TV. It just disappeared, but i search some movies availability through the app, but it prompts me to install it, not doesn't do anything
There are a few threads on this. Basically they know it's down and are working on it. In the mean time the work around is cast it from your galaxy phone (if you have one) to the TV.
