This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You
I'm also really glad someone took the time to write a post regarding this issue with Samsung TV Plus and it is good to know that I am not the only one with this problem. I am also glad to know that it is a possible update and maybe after 48 hours we will get Samsung TV Plus app back.
Same here. 12/20/23. All TV+ channels #s 1000 and above went poof. Gone. Checked and I have latest software update. No Menu offers re-installation, either.
Watched Samsung tv plus till 3am last night woke up this morning and the app was completely gone from both my tv’s ??? What’s going on I watch Samsung tv plus almost everyday, please get this issue fixed my son won’t give me back my galaxy tablet so I can do the screen mirroring thing he keeps giving me his iPad and I have an iPhone! I have Apple TV+ but there isn’t anything I’m interested in watching now!
