This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You
Well I am home from work wanting to sit back and unwind from a 10hr shift and it's been 2 hours trying to find my app on t he TV no luck . What's the fix??
Install Pluto TV app- it's working for me and there are a lot of channels. I got the idea from someone else on here... that person wrote that Pluto TV is the same as the regular Samsung stations but I can't go that far with my recommendation.
All I had to do was use my Home Button on my remote control and then put Pluto in as a search option- then installed it. It did not take long to install.
However, when I went the Home Screen, my television made me delete some of my other apps before it let me do anything at all--- which didn't matter to me because I've never used most of them and didn't even realize they were taking up space.
