Samsung TV Plus disappeared.

This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

I FIGURED IT OUT! I have 2 tvs that had this same issue and all you have to do is go into your privacy settings and RESET PSID and that's it

I have 2 Samsung TV's, how is it that the app is still working on one but not on the other? Weird!

I had to reset the Network Settings on my TV which consisted of entering the WIFi password.

Not sure this did it but I unplugged my TV for 30 seconds and when I turned it back on The Samsung TV app is back. My second TV also had app back without the unplug. It did have a software update but the app was back before I installed it.

Easy fix even after resetting tv would not come back on. What I did was unplug cord from the wall and from tv. Let it completely drain it power, and left it off for an hour. Plug it back on and boom the Samsung plus tv app was back on. Looks like it's been upgraded. Love, it can't be without it

I unplugged the tv for 30 sec to 1 mim & now it works

I unplugged my TV from the wall. Waited about 2 minutes. Plugged it back in. Samsung TV+ is back but I don't see my favorites.

Everyone unplug your tv from wall and tv for about an hour then plug back in. Your app will appear again in better condition. It worked on my tv today. Had Everyone's issues with the app gone. Now it working great.
