Samsung TV Plus disappeared.

This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

Does anyone know the latest possible timeframe for a fix? I've been on chat hold for at least 2 hrs with 86 people in front of me. Do you think when it is fixed it will restore autmaticaly, or are we just waiting? Thanks for everyne sharing info!

They just started having Dateline on 24/7 and now it's gone!!! Son of biscuit. I'm raging mad.

The application for Samsung TV Plus has been deleted from my Samsung TV and I had to call 1-800-SAMSUNG 

I spoke to a representative and I was told that Samsung company is aware of the issue and their company doesn't have a time frame as to when the problem will be resolved. Therefore, I am having to watch my shows on my Samsung Galaxy S8 and transfer the show to my television.

NOT saying this is for sure BUT it looks like it may be an app update because according to another post by member Astronaut

 
"Just spoke with Tech Support and they said there is an update being performed to the app. It is expected to take 24-48 hours to complete and their engineers are working on it as we speak. The app will restore upon completion of the update. "

I called as well. They told me it was an app update and it would be approximately 24 to 48 hours till its back up. I called Tech Support.

All 3 of mine are gone as well.

Yup mine is gone also I was wondering what was going on. I have reset my tv 3 times
