Samsung Apps and ServicesThis morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

Samsung Apps and ServicesI have 5 Samsung TV's and not working on any of them. Even the ones with the "Samsung tv plus" button says "not available" when you click on it. But I can access the app from my phone without problems. The solution of mirroring my phone to the TV isn't going to work for 5 TV's. Every major appliance in my house is Samsung....TV's, washer, dryer, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, 2 phones, and 2 tablets. Not a happy customer today though!!!

Samsung Apps and ServicesTV is updated, we tried a full reset; still not working. If we click on the home button all our other apps come up and where the Samsung TV plus use to be is a tab that says “Live TV Cable.” We haven’t had cable in almost a year and never had that tab before. Is there any updates as to what is going on and an approximate time it will be fixed? I on with Samsung text a tech and getting no response.
