I bought a refurbished tablet from Amazon and for some reason non of the Samsung apps work. I can't log onto Samsung pass or even update apps within the Samsung store. When I open and try to log into Samsung applications the error"samsung pass is temporarily not available. Try again later" then a few moments later it force crashes. I've tried everything from clearning all data and cache to rebooting in the bios and trying to activate it in safe mode. Nothing works.....Any guidance would be appreciated.

If it's not letting you sign into to your Samsung account on the tablet it may still be logged in with previous owner as for the apps not sure beyond a car cache

I went into the bios and wiped everything off it. From what I understand it should be clear but if you have any ideas please let me know.

If nothing is working as it should return it for refund UT should be in working condition

Have you tried to factory reset the device? Make sure to back up your stuff .
