Samsung Apps and Services
I think it would be great if Samsung consolidated all of the find services for smart tags and devices down into one universal app.

Currently I have 3 Samsung find apps that each have some slight variation in located items/devices. It's not intuitive at all and my family members have no idea how to locate smart tags everytime they want to find our smart tags or a phone.
Smartthings is okay but is multiple clicks and a slightly long loading time to get to the find map.
The next is the shortcut smarthing find app which is also okay, it skips past having to search through the smart things app but then once you're on the map, just like smartthings, the buttons to find items change around whether you're connected to the tag or not. If you are close the ring button is there but then you don't get precise finding. So in that case you have to click to another menu to get to the search nearby option.
After all that the next app is Samsung find. This one has a slightly different UI that separates all your devices into "people", "devices", and "things". This one is fine and would be nice as a standalone app, but is still tied to smartthings for things like setting for smart tags which is annoying and it's confusing to my family members to tell which is which.
For an everyday person these many different apps and slight variations in UI are not intuitive at all and it makes things/features hard to find. I have over 15 smart tags attached to many items and pets, physically they're polished and decent hardware, but the app and software experience and random disconnections when I try to locate them despite being 5ft away just sours the experience.
Conclusion: If Samsung made one app that had all finding features and setting all that just worked and didn't disconnect or take forever to load for no reason and that didn't require an Internet connection to even open it it would be amazing.

I just deleted smartthings to see and it does require me to have it even just for locating them.

I love the tags, but the software is not very intuive I guess. I use it every night to bring my cats in so I'm used to where everything is located, but it's still so many clicks and disconnections pretty often despite my cats being pretty close.
Plus the variation in where buttons are based on if the tag is connected to my phone or not lol.

Try putting a feedback using this app in the support tab. If enough people put in a request they may do something about.
Albeit it would make sense to unify and modulate the apps

I will do that!
Best would be if they moved all their find services into Google's find my device network but that's probably too good.
