Did anybody else know Samsung agents can't take feedback because it is a long standing company policy? Because I didn't. For many years, Samsung agents told me they could take my feedback. I would ask agents to take feedback because sometimes I wouldn't get a response on Samsung Members and I thought it was better to go directly to the agent and the feedback would get to the right team faster, at least that is what they told me. I guess I was wasting my time.
