I'm not sure what the Community can do for you though, as this is a forum for other Samsung users to assist other Samsung users with their devices and service (i.e. A crowd source knowledge base.) and, as such, we don't have access to the inner workings of Samsung; therefore, I don't think anyone here can answer your question.
Samsung Pass has been integrated into Samsung Wallet. Are you asking what happened to the program that was on your phone? Has the program gone missing from your phone or are all the passwords in the program gone? Your passwords should not have disappeared, as the Samsung pass data is secured (supposedly, safely) in the Samsung cloud and should remain there unless you physically deleted them. I do believe, however, there is no way to recover them if they are gone, other than to remember them. I would suggest to you that you start using a different password manager, as Samsung Pass data is proprietary to the Samsung universe and cannot be exported to another program or read other than in Samsung Pass, so if you ever leave Samsung behind, your passwords will not go with you. If you ever used Google's or Microsoft's password manager, you may be able to recover some of your passwords otherwise, unfortunately, you would have to start from scratch.
