I've been using the new Galaxy Tag 2 and like the awesome features they have. However I don't like that they're very unreliable and take so long to find or connect to. Here is an image of my app on my S23-Ultra and even after removing the battery it still doesn't connect or load the sound option.

From your photo, the battery info says connected 1 minute ago. So the tag is connecting. It looks like the map isn't loading. I would check that you have given SmartThings all the location permissions that it needs.

All permissions are active, however it still doesn't load. I noticed my Flip 5 loads them and even my Tab S8

I believe that the SmartThings App isn't responding due to an update. Like I mentioned before it's loading on my other devices

There still isnt a solution to this error/glitch. I've noticed that some of my devices the tag works perfectly fine but on others it still turned off or greyed out. Seems like they have to update SmartThings
