Samsung Apps and Services
Hello there. I stuck a smart tag in a package that I was expecting back. After two weeks of watching it move, it has stopped tracking. It hasn't pinged in almost a week and I'm nervous as to what happened to my package. The last status it had, showed it had sufficient battery so is it the battery was taken out, it was destroyed or just no one with a galaxy device has passed by it in that long? Also is there any tracking history I can look up? Thank you.

Does it need to be near a wireless network or just a Samsung phone?

Samsung Apps and ServicesIt is possible the battery simply ran out, or there is not a Samsung phone within close enough vicinity for it to ping. Here is an article with some information that may help: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00088244/
