I got into a real cruel situation, as my Samsung Smartphone was stolen.

I wanted to track it via the https://smartthingsfind.samsung.com/ service - but: it does not work in Windows Chrome, see attached screenshot, nor in Windows Edge - page loads, but no devices listed.

Only in my Samsung Internet Browser on tablet I was able to sign in and see and locate my devices.

This is bitter, as I already told the police, that I'm unable to track my phone due to a broken service by Samsung.

What would I do, if I only had my Windows Computer left to check for my stolen device?

Please fix this serves asap, to avoid confusion.

Hello! Welcome to the US Samsung Community! I'm very sorry to hear about your stolen phone! 😢 I noticed what appears to be German in your screenshots. Which country are you located in?

I'm from Germany / Berlin to be precise.

I thought there is a general problem with this service. Only now - two weeks later - I tried it again on my tablet again - to find out that the service is working, but just on a Galaxy device.

Very frustrating. I just wanted to pull some attention to this issue.

It's a very strange situation indeed. I recommend posting this issue in the Samsung Community for Germany. They will be more in your time zone and will be familiar with troubleshooting steps for the specific services available in your region. I wish you the very best!
