Many of my Galaxy Friends either don't have carrier, or don't support RCS. Some group chats are messed up, photos, and other features don't work. Sending a message through WiFi would be more seamless, and if they don't have a number, use email addresses or provide with a Galaxy email to communicate with users that don't have Cellular or no RCS.
