When you select the option to trade in, do you send back the box that your new phone came with? Including the old phone you're gonna trade in inside?

I send the old phone back in the box it came in.

I just put the phone in packaging material in the shipping box that the new phone came in.

Go to you order page and print the label.

Make sure that you take pictures of everything, the phone being wiped, the condition of the phone. I sign the inside of the box and take pictures, pictures of how you wrapped up the device. I wrap the phone in the material it came in and tape the paper you have to put in the box around it.

Make sure you go to an official FedEx store, not drop off get a receipt with the weight.

Yes, you can use box that new phone come in. You should also receive shipping label to use for return.
