Will it apply to the Z fold or remain a slab phone exclusive?

No you can't. It has not been available since one UI 6.0 This is ridiculous. It's not on 6.1 either. Please leave a review on home up and please explain the need for a vertical app drawer. Thanks.

The vertical app drawer will be back, just not as soon as you were hoping for.

It will come back in 6.1.1 probably after the release of Fold and flip 6 this summer.

A very reliable Twitter (Still refuse to call it X) leaker Tarun Vats
@tarunvats33 posted this today, from a Goodlock Moderator. This might mean it will now be available in some version for the new devices being released this summer, it's currently not available on any foldable device.

Rejoice!

Anyone know who to contact about getting the vertical app drawer back?

Yes, you can leave a constructive review on the Home Up app page in the Galaxy Store. This message reaches the developers directly.

YouTubers say Samsung is bringing it back on 6.2 later this summer. I've been missing this feature badly since 6.0
