Unable to retrieve my voicemails on my Galaxy A52 phone

I am unable to retrieve voice mails. Nothing happens when I use *86 even though the phone shows I have voicemail.

Voicemail is a carrier specific service. Please contact your network provider.

If you dial your own cellphone number, it should take you to your voicemail and ask you for your pin code.

It doesn't accept my PIN. It worked for a while but nothing now. Thank you.

Call your carrier, I think they're the only one to reset your pin code. They might text your phone to verify you before resetting. Put them in speaker, incase they tell you to go to settings or something.
