Unknown numbers blocking help?

There's a feature I wish android devices had that apple does have. "Silence unknown number" it's a nice feature that basically just silenced numbers not in your contacts when they call you. I loved this feature cause I'm always getting calls from numbers I don't know. I would love to see this on a samsung device as well.

From the Dialer>three dots top right>Settings>Block numbers>toggle on "Block calls from unknown numbers"

Maybe try do not disturb mode and add the contacts to allow, and you can allow apps to interrupt so it might work.
