Using Google Nest as a speaker

My wifi is turned off ATM. I want to play my downloaded music off my phone on my nest. It's my relax time while in the tub. Is there a way I can play my music. Basically just using my nest as a speaker.

@AshleySuzann The Next uses Wifi to communicate so you would have to enable it and have them both connected to the same network.
