Verizon Failed January Update

Trying to update my S23 Ultra with the most recent update but it keeps failing. I have a locked Verizon phone. Everytime I try to update, it's super slow and eventually fails giving my "Error Code: 407". I tried clearing cache, clearing data, restarting my phone, using Smart Switch, switching between wifi and data, switching between different wifi networks. I have enough space on my phone (300gb free). If I knew what the error code meant, I could diagnose further. Google hasn't been helpful. Samsung support hasn't been helpful. They are telling me to manually flash my device but I wanna leave that as a last resort. Any suggestions?

Software update#42 continues to fail with error code 405, 407, or 412. 

Is there a solution?

In my s24 is the similar problem, error code 407

Same on my s21fe, could it be the same issues as suggested here on newer Samsung models and would fixes be the same?
