Verizon Failed January Update

Trying to update my S23 Ultra with the most recent update but it keeps failing. I have a locked Verizon phone. Everytime I try to update, it's super slow and eventually fails giving my "Error Code: 407". I tried clearing cache, clearing data, restarting my phone, using Smart Switch, switching between wifi and data, switching between different wifi networks. I have enough space on my phone (300gb free). If I knew what the error code meant, I could diagnose further. Google hasn't been helpful. Samsung support hasn't been helpful. They are telling me to manually flash my device but I wanna leave that as a last resort. Any suggestions?

I'm having the exact same issue and I had the s24 ultra and I'm on Verizon I am unable to download it it keeps saying failed

I am trying to update my s24 to the security update 15, and it has failed 4 times and is now installing but taking very long. It's been 4 hours and it's it 26%. I have very fast internet,tons of storage still and I don't know why.

Cancel the installation of the new update and reset the phone

Seems to be a problem in the update many others are having same issue

What i did was I used my computer i downloaded smart switch and downloaded using that

Do we know why it was an 11.8GB security update though if it wasn't one UI 7.0?
