Samsung Apps and ServicesI have finally decided to leave Samsung and buy a phone I can jailbreak.
There is no reason a voicemail app needs permission to find nearby devices.
Lack of privacy respect has pushed me to this.
First the camera app, so I moved to open camera.
Now the voicemail app.
It's time for a phone that gives me privacy.

That's your Bluetooth trying to connect you to available devices. I'm not sure what you did, but that's the only time a phone should be looking for devices to connect with
